In the modern world we are all under the influence of different kinds of stress and emotional distress, “drowning” in the ocean of information flows and often focus our attention on completely insignificant things. There are a huge number of opportunities around us, and every day we have to make a choice, get under the influence of different kinds of “ information structures” and give them all our energy without a trace.

“Informational Structures” or the System as I’m going to call it hereinafter is a society that, in the process of upbringing a person forms in his psyche a certain component responsible for moral and religious attitudes, norms of behavior and moral prohibitions.

Also, this world is full of all kinds of “ideals”, standards and unwritten rules, which encourage us to live according to the model of a “successful person’s” life, to “conform” in this life. Everyone has felt this desire to conform at least once. People often do not realize that they involuntarily aspire to some benchmark, taking on additional responsibilities, not feeling responsible, losing their last strength in this whirlwind, in this endless running around behind the ghostly shadows of a “real man” or a “woman successful in all spheres”.

You try to conform to an imposed ideal instead of discovering your true talents, living your real life and just being yourself. As a consequence, you get caught up in Systems such as credit, fashion, fitness, career…

o Credit not for something you need, but for another attribute of a successful person;

o Trying diligently to follow fashion and buying branded things not because you like to dress stylishly, but because “that’s the way it’s supposed to be;

o fitness not to improve health and personal energy level, but to “make a beautiful body like the model on the Internet” or to post a photo of yourself in a tracksuit;

o a career not in order to realize yourself and your talents by doing what you love, but simply because you have to somehow provide for yourself and, again, to conform to the perceptions of others about you…

Thus, all the above factors and the pursuit of an imaginary ideal contribute to the development of stress, and the consequence of constant stress is disease, lack of energy, blocks and clamps in the body. Tension on the physical level is the body’s natural reaction to stress, and if you don’t notice this tension, it is likely to have become so habitual that it has become a normal state of mind. Should you be surprised when your back begins to hurt? Should you blame the endless colds on a weak immune system? Is bad weather to blame for the fact that you have such a hard time waking up in the morning that you literally have to tear yourself away from the pillow? Or maybe it’s worth digging a little deeper to find the real cause of your illness and constant fatigue?

And most importantly: the more you “drive” yourself, the deeper you sink into “sleep,” and the harder it becomes to “wake up” and take control of reality.

How do you free yourself from stress?

Many people prefer to relax with alcohol, good food, cigarettes, soap operas and TV shows, thus losing even more energy. People with a higher level of awareness go to the gym or attend massage sessions to get rid of stress. But you have to work with the cause, not the effect. In order to get rid of the inner tension and bodily clamps, you must first of all not relax the muscles, but eliminate the mental tension. Namely: with the help of your inner-self, systematically monitor negative thoughts and reduce the importance of any events that cause you excessive anxiety, whenever you feel that you are beginning to sink into a state of worry, irritation, anxiety, or fear.

You need to “wake up,” by which I mean that you become aware of yourself in the moment and recognize those Systems that make you feel stressed.

Once you begin to understand what it is that makes you anxious, you will be able to take control of your condition and consciously change your attitude to what is happening. And in time, you will learn to treat any situation as simply as if you had gone to the store to buy bread. After all, this event does not cause you stress, you do it calmly and without tension, you just go — and take what you need, solve your problem, right?

But if you enter even these simple situations in a state of stress, you get into a vicious circle, you create even more stress, and begin to squeeze out of any case the maximum negative and negative emotions. When you are stressed, you bring even more unrest and fuss into your life, even with neutral, everyday actions.

Here’s another example. When you drive a car and your conscious in the state of “here and now” moment, you simply calmly monitor all difficult situations, fully control your car and keep the situation on the road in your focus of attention. You are relaxed inside; you are not clutching the steering wheel with all your might and are not casting nervous glances at the mirror… But if you are irritated and stressed in this moment, any unpredictable, extraordinary or spontaneous situation on the road puts you into even more stress and deprives you of an opportunity to act adequately.

From all this we can conclude: being under stress is not only not useful, but also dangerous, because this way you only further aggravate the situation, attract negative events in your life and cease to keep what is happening in the focus of your attention. Have you ever wondered why someone is constantly involved in accidents, often ridiculous and accidental, while someone has been driving quietly for years in the center of the metropolis and his car doesn’t have a scratch? Why have you easily got to work today, and your colleagues in the office say that all the drivers of the city behaved inadequately on the road in the morning? It seems like you live in one city, but everyone has a different layer of the world, and everyone, getting to work from his reality, gets a different result …

To run even faster — or to stop running in a circles?

So, we’re back to where we started. Stress affects you both mentally and physically. And in order to overcome stressing over things that were imposed on you by the System and manage the transformation into reality of a potential option from the option space it is very important to learn to enter the state of relaxation in the shortest possible time in any environment and situation.

Whenever experiencing stress and discomfort, no matter how “important” it is to you, give up importance consciously. In order to acquire immunity to stress, you must replace the old habit of straining for any reason with a new habit: being in a state of relaxation whenever possible. A relaxed state does not mean apathy. It is a state of harmonious existence in the world around you, a state of balance.

Transformation into reality gives you a unique tool on how to remove clamps and blocks in the body by increasing awareness and decreasing importance. You wouldn’t need 85 massage sessions or 20 psychotherapy sessions to do it. It is enough to awaken from your waking dream and become aware of yourself in whatever situation you are in, whether you are shopping for bread, driving to work or having important negotiations with business partners.

And now you need to decide for yourself and make a choice: are you ready to continue this race around the circle and desperately trying to “reach” yourself to “ideal” — or it’s time to stop in this race, exhale and “put the whole world on pause”? Of course, it is difficult to give up the inner and outer importance about “success”, it is difficult to stop paying attention to the standards and allow yourself to just be yourself, when everywhere you look at smiling tanned people in bikinis or businessmen in expensive suits next to racing cars, And at the same time you are sitting in your modest apartment, scrolling through your colorful Facebook feed and do not understand how to get out of debts and loans, looking at pictures of classmates from expensive restaurants and do not understand what is wrong with you, why it all not happening with you? And by doing so, you’re putting yourself under even more stress.

Stop.

First, stop comparing yourself to others, look back on your past, blame others or circumstances for your failures.

Second, remember that there is a big difference between what is and what appears to be.

Third, realize that there is nothing wrong with you, you are worthy to have everything you want — and with freeing yourself from the System you can fill your life with abundance, love, bright colors, discoveries, pleasant surprises and luxury. And finally, free yourself from stress.

Take control of your life right now, become aware of yourself in the present moment, turn on your inner self and find the determination to have and to act. Take a step out of the common formation, stop giving your energy to the System and being a small cog in a huge common mechanism! You don’t need to run in your “wheel” any faster-you just need to get out of it to move on in your own unique way.

When you begin to raise your awareness, you will feel as if the blindfold has fallen from your eyes. And you’ll be surprised to see that many people around you live and act blindfolded, while you now have a significant advantage over them — you see clearly where you’re going and why you’re going, and the speed of your movement toward your goals increases with each step! And at the same time, you have absolute harmony on your Soul, your body is relaxed, and your head is light and clear. You have forgotten what stress is.
